SONE symposium-2013
Society of Overseas Nepalese Entomologists (SONE) has started to organize member symposium every year since 2009 during the annual meeting of Entomological Society of America (ESA). We will be organizing Nepal Overseas Entomologists symposium this year (2013) during ESA annual meeting, 10-13 November in Austin, Texas. This year we have proposed 11 different oral presentations. We tried to match our symposium topic with ESA-2013 annual meeting theme "Science impacting a connected world". Speakers will represent diverse entomological societies/networks from at least five continents including under-developed, developing and developed countries.
Topic of symposium selected for Entomological Society of America annual meeting-2013 and organized by SONE:
Nepal Overseas Entomologists Symposium: Promoting Entomological Collaboration through Inter-societal Network and Information Sharing
